“Eat, Drink, DOULA”

At BirthFocus we understand the process involved in choosing the right doula to join women and their families on a most intimate experience, the birth of a baby! Our FREE “Eat, Drink, DOULA” open houses – held weekly at various locations throughout the city – give pregnant women, and their partners, a chance to learn more about our doula practice and to connect intimately with several doulas through one on one interviews.  We lovingly refer to these events as “speed dating for doulas” as each expecting couple will have a chance to meet with 4-5 doulas, of varying experience levels, throughout the event.  Please register for the open house (via the registration form at the bottom of each event description on the calendar) of your choice and know that we are very much looking forward to meeting you!

**If you are not able to make it to one of our weekly doula open houses we can assist in arranging for complimentary private meet and greets at a mutually convenient location**

12-1pm Circle of Life Support group for miscarriage and loss

1pm – 5pm Discussion with BirthFocus doulas…come in and ask any questions related to pregnancy, birth, doula care, and anything else!

4pm-6pm MAMA RUB DOWNS – 10/20 min massage samples by our very own Tiffany Adams (LMT and BirthFocus doula)

6pm-7pm Circle of Life Support Group: Transitions: for women in their first trimester
