SUMMARY:Women's Birth Empowerment Circle
DESCRIPTION:This is course is designed specifically for women to connect with their feminine and intuitive side during birth and allow participants to spend time relaxing into the full spectrum of the emotions surrounding childbirth and becoming a mother. Using Karen Brody’s FEAR to FREEDOM method this course will offer the opportunity to connect a woman with her body and voice to create an action plan to have a more empowered\, and present\, birth experience.  The “Birth Empowerment Circle” includes:     “Mommy-centered” napping (using Yoga Nidra methods)   journaling exercises to gain a greater understanding of the multitude of emotions experienced along this journey   relaxation/visualizations for before and during childbirth as well as the postpartum period   movement and body exercises for the pregnant and postpartum body   breathing techniques to manage labor sensations   and so much more!
